Registration: You are required to become a Member in order to access the Golibe music sales Services. To do so, you will be required to submit your names and some other personal information as provided on the artiste membership registration page. If you become a Member, your artiste name and account will automatically be valid for the Golibe music sales service. However, you may also be required to provide additional information (such as but not limited to billing information) and complete additional registration steps. Your Membership is solely for your personal use, and you shall not authorize others to use your account. You agree to notify Golibe immediately of any unauthorized use of your Member/artiste name, password or account and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golibe, its partners, parents, subsidiaries, agents, affiliates and/or licensors, as applicable, for any improper, unauthorized or illegal uses of the same. Payment to Golibe.com as membership fee is non refundable.

Identity authentication: By using the Website and or any of the Web Services, you represent and warrant that any registration information that you submit is truthful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information. You further represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older and that your use of the Website and the Web Services shall not violate any applicable law or regulation.

• We have the right at anytime to use any means we deem fit to verify your identity at any given time. We might request for more of your personal information and documents. And if we can not verify your identity, we reserve the right to suspend your membership.Golibe may terminate your membership without warning, if it appears to Golibe that you are misrepresenting your identity. This means that you must not attempt to use Golibe.com under a false identity.

Music submission: You can submit a maximum of 20 songs to Golibe.com for music sales, on the condition that you have satisfied all applicable laws in relation to the copyright and other legal requirement pertaining to the song so submitted. You can also change the songs from time to time, as you produce more songs. You agree not to submit to Golibe.com, any song that is already on the website. Golibe reserves the right to cancel your membership, where a submission is deemed to be in breach of this requirement.

Membership Duration: Artiste membership on Golibe.com shall last for duration of one year or 12 calendar months from day of membership registration, and would require renewal of membership. After a prolonged period of inactivity to your Member account, Golibe may cancel your membership and expunge your membership information. If this occurs, you may be required to re-register as a Member in order to access the Music Sales Service.

Payment and Royalty Terms: Every registered artiste under Golibe is entitled to a sales royalty of 50% of the proceeds from the sales of any of their songs. Every artiste under Golibe will be required to open an account with a designated bank in Nigeria; as the royalty payment will be transferred to their bank accounts, accordingly.

Modification: Golibe.com reserves the right to change, modify, or update its fees and user agreement at any time without prior notice. Anytime any changes, modifications, or updates are made to the user agreement, Golibe.com will publish it on the website. If at that time you do not wish to agree with the changes, modifications, or updates, you must contact Golibe.com by emailing artiste@golibe.com.

• Our Services are only available to individuals that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our Service is not available to minors (under 16) without consent from guardian or parent.
  
• If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement above, including future revisions of this Agreement, please do not access or use our services. We reserve the right to discontinue our services at any time.

Copyright Policy: You are solely responsible for the Music Content that you submit on the website for Music Sales purposes. By submitting your music to Golibe.com, you automatically grant and warrant that all the songs you submit to the website are your songs, and the copyright belongs to you.

• This also implies that if you belong to any music label or have any binding music recording contract with any company, whatsoever, that prohibits you from submitting your songs to Golibe.com for Music Sales, without clear consent, You must obtain a proper agreement and permission from whosoever that is concerned, before submission.
  
• It is the policy of Golibe to remove or disable access to infringing material, to notify the relevant Member that it has removed or disabled access to the material, and to terminate Membership privileges of any Member who infringes or violates copyright.

Golibe shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Website or in connection with any of the Web Services provided, whether caused by users of the Website, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in any of the Web Services. Golibe does not guarantee that any particular song(s) made available via the Music Service of Golibe, can not be pirated. And Golibe will not at any time be held responsible for the copyright violation of any of the songs. Golibe is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Website or Member of any of the Web Services. Golibe shall not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any user or Member communication. Golibe shall not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any of the Web Services or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation, in connection with the Website and/or in connection with the Web Services. Under no circumstances shall Golibe be liable for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the Website or the Web Services or from any Content posted on the Website or transmitted to Members, or any interactions between users of the Website, whether online or offline. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Golibe, its subsidiaries, members, managers, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Website or any of the Web Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from your breach of this Agreement (or a breach by any user of your Member account) and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
